About Dr. Barton:
Dr. Barton
Dr. Barton’s expertise is in organizational and team resilience, exploring how groups coordinate, learn, and recover in uncertain situations. She has published in top journals such as Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, presented to audiences including NASA’s Mission Control and the U.S. Army Medical Command, and leads executive workshops on leading in uncertain times. Prior to joining Carey, she co-founded the eLearning business at Harvard Business Publishing and served as Product Director for Leadership and Management Development programs.
